Caleb Carter on MTV... Again!

Many people may remember gay adult film model Caleb Carter from his very popular appearance on MTV's Parental Control. As avid couch potatoes can tell you, on Parental Control, each parent gets to pick a potential new boyfriend from a long list of applicants who have to first audition. The son or daughter gets to go out with each of the parents' picks and finally choose at the end of both dates whether he or she'll be staying with his or her boyfriend or girlfriend or one of the parents' picks.

Well, Caleb was very endearing as the gay evil boyfriend that the parents wanted to get rid of, but it seems the parents won. Of course, many people who know the truth knew it was staged. Some may actually recognize the son as gay adult film model Trevor Matthews. And yes, that really is his mom.

Because of that episode, Caleb was so loved by MTV for his quick comebacks that MTV decided to follow him around with a camera crew... well, one guy with a camera. For months, MTV docuemented Caleb while preparing the footage for a new series featuring Caleb, however, the series ended up not living up to the original concept. Early on, it became clear that the footage was just docuementing him in a relationship on the rebound from Mike Hunt, which was not the original premise of the show. So MTV used the footge gathered and made it part of an episode of True Life: I'm Out.

The sad thing is that this episode of True Life never aired like it was supposed to at the end of November. Well, all of Caleb's fans will be happy to know that at 9 PM/8 PM Central, the episode of True Life: I'm Out will be airing on MTV.
